Flank pain. Doctors can't figure out what?

I've had flank pain almost daily for a year. Kidney stones, UTIs, kidney infections, blood in urine, bladder cramps/infections, blocked ureter, nausea (daily), and it feel like my bladder is full, but I dont pee much. My urologist and nephrologist don't think it's kidney related, but my internal medicine doctor thinks it is. What do you think it is?
