Calling all runescapers! what should i buy?

ok so i have 21 mill and im not sure what i should buy. ive been thinking and i want to fill my unholy book, get tassets, or fury. i do pvm as well as pk. so unholy book would be good for pking and ranged for pvm. but tassets and fury would be good for melle for pvm. but not for pking. what do u think?
