Can anyone answer this...?

a couple weeks ago i fainted and busted my lip open on the counter... its healed now but there's a large bump left inside my lip. its circular and doesnt really hurt when i apply pressure... but i dont know what it is or why its still there... any helps would be nice(: thankssss!
