Can Lipitor cause you to have first stream blood in urine?

My lipitor dose was increased, and after a week I started peeing blood when I first start to go. I have no flank pain nor fever which rules out a UTI? Tip of urethra is irritated and I have a slight burning, I have no sex for over a month. No syptoms of STD of any kind as those come in groups. Any help?
