How can I teach my 6 week old kitten to use the kitty litter?

I know this sounds so cruel but it is really not you buy a crate or use your bathroom and keep them in there for a hour and you go in with them and you place them on the litter box and don't stop every time they get off back on they go thats how it goes have had 7 cats my whole life this is definitely the best method i didn't do this with my old cat and she was 3 and missing the box so use this technique.
