Ps3 welcome back program ripped me off?

just went to go download my two free games, and it kept doing errors and and all this bs. and i finally got to the download, and it said must get ps3 game 1 free download, so i did that got an error went back and they said i already chose my first game! so i went back retried.. did it again! i just wanted little big planet and i wast stuck between Wipeout HD + Fury and dead nation.. anyone else having problems? and what should i do? cause i am not allowing psn too screw me over!
