Should I be concerned if i have bilateral flank pain?

im 21 yrs old. in very good condition. 5'1, 130lbs. pretty average. vegetarian (im sayin this just to give a quick insight to my life just incase any of this matters) for the past month i had uncomfortable flank pain. mainly towards my back and both sides. i get the occasional pain in my right upper quadrant where my gall bladder lies. the pain is intermittent but does it all day and night. two days ago i had diahrrea, chills, and felt very close to fainting. ive had days where i was extremely queezy and days where my body was really jittery. these symptoms arent everyday though. only the pain is daily. i dnt have a fever or anything but curious on what might b goin on....
